- The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Internet access and a compatible browser are required.
- The prize draw will be entered once the user completes the form on www.yourbabyclub.co.uk, thus becoming a myNIVEA member. For existing myNIVEA members, the prize draw will be entered once the user submits their details on the form. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- All entries must be submitted via the Your Baby Club form and only one entry per person is permitted.
- The closing date of the prize draw is midnight 30th November 2022. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- Winners will be chosen by random draw on 2nd December 2022. ("Draw Date").
- There are four Facebook/Instagram forms, each with different prizes to win. The winner of each competition in each respective form will receive the following as the prize:
- 1 x NIVEA Mother's Day bundle, compromising of a bundle of NIVEA Q10 products.
- 1 x NIVEA Luminous630 range bundle, compromising of NIVEA L630 Day Cream, NIVEA L630 Night Cream, NIVEA L630 Serum and NIVEA L630 eye treatment.
- 1 x NIVEA bundle of products (Easter theme), compromising of a bundle of NIVEA products across the range.
- 1 x NIVEA Cellular Expert Lift bundle, compromising of 1 x Cellular Lift Day Cream and 1 x Cellular Lift Night Cream.
- The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) up to 72 hours after the Draw Date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 3 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win.
- The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to consumer.relations.uk@beiersdorf.com within 5 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. By submitting your information and entering this promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
