The Parent Test
I am Danielle, a specialist nurse working in a busy A&E department within the North West as well being a mum to my one-year-old boy George, with baby number two on the way. We love to spend our free time exploring all the different cities across the UK as a family.
Comfort and Ease of Use
After using for a number of weeks, we have found our toddler is happy to spend time in pushchair, and has managed to comfortably nap in the reclined position on numerous occasions.
The steering of the pushchair feels light and is very smooth, making trips to the shops easy and comfortable for both our toddler and us.
As with most toddlers, our pushchair can occasionally get a little mucky from snacks, but wiping the pushchair down has been very quick and easy, coming up as new with very little work.
Travel and Portability
At first, I felt that folding the pushchair could be quite fiddly, but after regular use we are finding this much easier. I do still find it a little difficult to do one handed, but the fold ability is great.
The basket of the pram is of good size, easy fitting our toddlers changing bag, as well as some extra bits where needed.
Safety Features
The pushchair itself feels very sturdy, tackling bumpy terrain relatively easily. As we like to get out of the house and go for long walks as a family quite regularly. The pushchair has been great, providing our toddler with a safe place to rest and enjoy our time out.
The breaks are very quick and simple to use, with one touch effective breaking and release.
The pushchair also features a 5-point harness, ensuring your child remains safe and secure while strapped in to the seat, with a quick release button to allow you to lift your little one out quickly and with ease.
Value for Money
At £350, while there are cheaper alternatives on the market, I personally think that the pushchair is very good value for money, given the inclusion of the accessories such as the detachable bum bag and the quality of the fabric and pushchair overall. The 5-point harness, one touch breaks and sturdy feel of the pushchair overall make it a great option and value for the price.
Final Thoughts
Overall we have very much enjoyed using this pushchair, and our toddler seems very happy and comfortable in it. We would definitely recommend the Joie finiti™ pushchair, and it is a pushchair we will definitely be saving to use with baby number 2 also in the future!
